OpenAI has selected Cosmo5, a preferred partner on the platform, as one of the first agencies to run ChatGPT Ads in Europe. The channel opened to European advertisers on August 24, 2026, and Cosmo5 activated more than 15 enterprise clients within the first week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

That early access came from two things: five months of live campaigns run since April in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, and a track record of extracting and demonstrating value from innovative performance advertising formats before they reach the mainstream.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Because Cosmo5 already knew how to structure and deploy campaigns on the channel, their accounts went live with setups that had already proven themselves in the earlier markets. European Clients draws on a global network of over 1,300 specialists to execute conversational ad campaigns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

How ChatGPT Ads differs from search and programmatic<\/h2>\n\n\n

ChatGPT Ads do not fit the usual planning model. Users do not submit a query and scan a page of results. They open a conversation, refine it over several turns, and receive a single synthesized answer. There is no results page to rank on and no fixed inventory to buy against.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Exact-match keyword bidding therefore has nothing to target. In its place, Cosmo5 applies semantic intent mapping: identifying the conversational contexts in which a category is likely to arise, and establishing whether those contexts carry advertising at all. The agency built this practice on live spend across four markets before Europe opened.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The platform also continues to change: OpenAI regularly adjusts its model logic, its ad injection rules, and its contextual matching. Campaign structures degrade faster than they do on Google or Meta, and structures built in June already require rework. Maintaining performance calls for continuous testing of prompt triggers, weekly monitoring of platform changes, and extensive messaging iteration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

How the auction economics will behave as European volume grows is not yet clear. Cosmo5 is measuring this market by market and puts clients firmly in control.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
