What the score reflects

The overall score is based on four pillars:

  • Environment: Our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and our status as a pioneer in responsible media place us among the highest-rated companies in our sector.
  • Ethics: our approach is supported in particular by our ISO 27001 certification for information security, as well as by strengthened governance around the responsible use of AI.
  • Labor & Human Rights: our skills development programs, internal mobility policy, and commitments to diversity and inclusion are at the heart of the Cosmo5 strategy.
  • Sustainable Procurement: we are accelerating the integration of ESG practices into our supply chain, starting with our Responsible Influence Program

A continuous improvement approach

At Cosmo5, being Future-First means ESG cannot exist in a silo; it must be the connective tissue across our core capabilities. After setting our direction through our Double Materiality Assessment, 2025 marked a turning point: moving from consolidation to large-scale deployment. As we grew into a constellation of more than 1,300 experts across 30 offices, our priority has been the global scaling of our initiatives across the Group.

Scaling our initiatives across the Group

As we continue to grow, our priority is to maximize the coverage of our key initiatives across the Group. In 2025, we successfully achieved a 100% roll out of our whistleblowing platform, ensuring access for our talents in every market. We also leveraged our proprietary technology to scale the carbon-tracking of media across the group, expanding our accountability and precision in tracking progress.

Responsible innovation

As the media and digital landscape undergoes profound transformation, we are committed to remaining at the forefront of responsible innovation. In 2025, we launched an initial series of training modules on sustainable AI and developed a framework for the responsible use of AI. We are committed to continuing to pioneer responsible AI best practices, both for our teams and our clients.

Double materiality as a strategic compass

Conducted in 2025, our Double Materiality Assessment enables us to identify the ESG issues that are most significant to our business and our stakeholders. It now serves as a compass for prioritizing our actions and structuring our Group-wide roadmap, in line with key ESG frameworks.

A “Powered by People” approach

Innovation comes from bringing together different areas of expertise, cultures, and perspectives. For us, being “powered by people” means cultivating collective intelligence through an inclusive culture across our connected universe. We are committed to continuously listening, learning and improving to create the conditions for every talent to grow and thrive at Cosmo5.

Beyond our own operations, this approach also strengthens our ability to support our clients in their Sustainability transformation, particularly when it comes to decarbonizing their media investments.
